Through this program, the company aims to train qualified human resources for the technology sector, contribute to Türkiye's technology exports and offer young professionals a strong career start. 

Architecht, one of the best employers in Türkiye, prepares young talents who aim for a career in technology and innovation for the future with the TechTalent Talent Program, which has been running successfully for 3 years. The TechTalent Program, which was ranked in the TopTalent award competition in 2025 with its continuous development-oriented structure, offers young professionals a comprehensive development experience along with the recruitment process. Through the master's degree, comprehensive specialized trainings, mentorship and personalized career planning, the program allows participants to develop their technical skills and get a well-equipped start in professional life. 

Young talents employed under the TechTalent Program work as software engineers, data analysts or business analysts in Architecht's R&D projects, improving their individual competencies and playing a direct role in the creation of products that contribute to Türkiye's technology exports.

How to Apply to TechTalent Program? 

The TechTalent Program is open for applications every year in January and May. In 2026, students who want to apply for this program can quickly apply online via Architecht's official career pages, LinkedIn and Join.Architecht platforms. Following the application, candidates are subjected to a video interview, inventory test and general aptitude test. For those who are successful, technical tests in C# and SQL languages and an English exam are conducted. In the following stages of the process, Human Resources interviews and Evaluation Center presentations are held, and finally the evaluation of the candidates is completed with a senior management panel interview. The program is open to students who have recently graduated or will graduate from departments such as computer, software, industrial, business, mathematics engineering and management information systems. Students attending the Tekno Kampüs (Techno Campus) program, Architecht's talent and employment-oriented social responsibility project, can also apply to the TechTalent program. Tekno Kampüs is a program where university students gain professional work experience while continuing their education.
