Your personal data such as name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, workplace information, and profession information may be processed for the purposes of evaluating your application made through our website, contacting you regarding your application, marketing, product promotion, and preparing offers, pursuant to Article 5/2 of KVKK, based on the legal grounds of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, necessity for processing personal data belonging to the parties of a contract, and explicit consent.

Applications must include: name, surname, and if in writing, signature; for Turkish citizens, Turkish ID number; for foreigners, nationality, passport number or ID number if any; residential or workplace address for notification; e-mail address, phone, and fax number for notification if any; and the subject of the request. Your request will be finalized as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest free of charge. If the process regarding your request requires an additional cost, a fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
