What Is It and What Does It Offer?

AIgent Suite is Architecht's new Generative Artificial Intelligence (GEN AI) Product Family, which is based on Large Language Model (LLM) and can work in Multi-Agent architecture, where institutions can create their own assistants using their own content.
AIgent Suite consists of two main modules: Smart Assistants can be designed as GEN AI Chatbot, Smart Assistant or Agents working in different specialties according to the needs of organizations. AIgent Platform (Conversational AI Platform) offers an end-to-end platform where organizations can design and manage their assistants in the concept of “Build Your Own Assistant”.
Smart assistants answer questions, provide information and take action using customer-specific information sources. With these assistants, employees have easy access to information, learning processes are accelerated, operational workload is reduced and employee experience is increased.
Smart Agents are systems that can direct employees or customers to the right action in a specific area of expertise, perform actions on their behalf, have high performance, and can be integrated with different applications.
AIgent Platform is an LLM-based generative AI platform that allows you to create your own assistants, feed them with various knowledge sources and integrate them into business processes. You can easily customize your assistants without writing code by specifying the character, theme and interface.
