Social Responsibility
We train qualified engineers for the financial technology sector with Train & Work, our employment-oriented training program, which is a first in the Turkish technology sector and designed with a social responsibility approach.
We provide comprehensive software development training for 6 months to our trainees who want to direct their careers in the field of information technologies but who have not been educated in this field at a university, and help them specialize in this field. Moreover, during this 6-month training period, we offer financial support to our participants during the training process by paying them a salary.
We have employed a total of 34 of our friends in Architecht staff with the Train & Work program, where we bring new graduates from different disciplines to the technology world.
With the motto ‘We grow with our values’, we continue to support education and science with the Software for the Future Project since 2018 in cooperation with our main shareholder Kuveyt Türk, which aims to protect and develop societal and foundational values. Within the scope of the project, which was realized in cooperation with the Turkish Red Crescent and the Ministry of National Education (MEB), we bring coding and robotics training to schools all over Türkiye.
Through the Software for the Future project, we aim to prepare new generations for the professions of the future by providing training and hardware support to our schools. We continue to regularly bring together our middle school students, between the ages of 10-14, who are interested in coding with the Software for the Future Project.
Together with Kuveyt Türk, our main shareholder, we organize boots and coats campaigns to be delivered to students in need as the winter season approaches each new academic season. The revenues collected with the donations of our colleagues are sent as boots and coats to schools in different regions of our nation through the coordination of our social responsibility club.
Sustainability
As Architecht, we care about increasing our sensitivity to nature and the environment and raising awareness in this field. In this context;
- In our offices, we have completely ended the use of plastic.
- We designed the corporate gifts we send to our colleagues and customers with completely environmentally friendly products
- We organized online chats on zero waste, carbon footprint and sustainability
- On certain dates, we held environmental cleaning activities in which all our colleagues were invited to participate.
- We contributed to recycling by collecting electronic waste in our offices
- On special occasions and various events, we donated hundreds of saplings for our colleagues and stakeholders
