When building a digital bank from the ground up, the most critical factor is choosing the right technology. As a fully digital institution with no physical branches, having an application that is fast, reliable, and sustainable was a strategic necessity for us. At this point, the BOA Banking and Technology Platform became a clear choice. BOA is the result of 30 years of accumulated expertise and is already used by many banks as a mature and proven platform. This provided a strong sense of confidence for us from the very beginning. It established a comprehensive, end-to-end backbone across all of our processes—customer onboarding, account management, money transfers, payments, credit allocation, and financing. Both during our establishment phase and today, it has significantly reduced our risks while giving us the capability to develop and scale at remarkable speed. We built our bank together with the Architecht team, and we continue to develop it together. Working with a team in Türkiye that not only builds and develops this technology but is also deeply familiar with the regulatory landscape was, for us, a strategic decision that goes far beyond technology itself. Today, we regard BOA not merely as a platform but as the strong digital backbone upon which we design all our banking processes—and seamlessly integrate third-party products.
