Archi Academy Kicks Off the New Academic Year

As one of Türkiye’s leading financial technology companies, Architecht has launched the 2025–2026 Academic Year with a strong vision focused on the professional and personal development of its employees. Under the umbrella of Archi Academy, the company’s training and competency programs aim to transform its growing expertise into a sustainable culture of institutional learning — strengthening Architecht’s goal of becoming a global player in financial technologies.

Continuous Learning Through the Competency and Career Development Model

During the previous academic year, Architecht successfully delivered a comprehensive learning agenda consisting of 21 development programs, 26 conferences and seminars, 128 trainings, 266 classroom sessions, 1,339 hours of foreign language instruction, and 2,246 hours of LMS-based learning. This extensive framework contributed significantly to employees’ ways of thinking, communication culture, and leadership mindset.

Represented in 20 international events, Architecht continued to reinforce its global competency development efforts through substantial investments in foreign language education. Designed to recognize employees’ growth and support their professional journey, the Competency and Career Development Model has earned multiple global accolades — including the Stevie Awards and Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Awards — as a tangible outcome of Architecht’s learning philosophy.

Featuring a dual career structure with nine levels and a points-based progression matrix, the model — a first and only of its kind in Türkiye — offers over 150 training and certification programs, providing employees with personalized learning and promotion opportunities. The model has significantly enhanced employee engagement and satisfaction, positioning Architecht as a top employer in talent acquisition and retention within the technology sector.

A Deepened Learning Framework in Strategic Focus Areas

In the new academic year, Architecht’s training strategy focuses on key domains such as banking and finance, design thinking, customer experience, behavioral competencies, product management, foreign language development, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. These areas represent both strategic and human-centered investments that align with the company’s long-term technology vision.

Competency Badge Model: Growth and Experience Across Disciplines

With its pioneering Competency Badge Development Model, Architecht has made employees’ technical capabilities measurable, shareable, and rewardable. The model aims to enhance professional skills across diverse domains while enabling employees to gain practical experience.

Through participation in internal projects, employees can strengthen their competencies and advance their careers in fields such as artificial intelligence, mobile development, agile management, and project management.

Two New Development Programs in 2026

In the new term, Architecht is launching two major development initiatives:

  • BIZTech Development Program: Integrates banking and finance knowledge with corporate strategy, fostering a common language between technical teams and product owners.

  • AI4BIZ Development Program: Aims to expand the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications across all business roles.

“Every Learning Experience Is Part of a Transformation”

Commenting on the new academic year, Şule Hatun Avşaroğlu, Architecht’s Executive Vice President responsible for HR, Finance, and Governance, stated:

“Our learning philosophy is built on a holistic model that balances our technology vision with human development. Under Archi Academy, we delivered hundreds of classroom sessions and thousands of hours of learning content last year. With the new Competency Badge Model, we are introducing another industry-first initiative that enables employees to experience different disciplines while supporting skill enhancement. This year, the BIZTech Program will help translate banking and finance knowledge into the language of our technical teams, while the AI4BIZ Program will expand AI practices across all roles. Our goal is to make learning continuous, outcomes measurable, and its impact visible in business results.”

A Vision for the Future

Moving toward 2026, Architecht aims to expand the learning ecosystem built under Archi Academy, continuing to nurture qualified talent, advance professional excellence, and drive the transformation of the financial technology sector.
