Architecht Named the Fastest-Growing IT Company in Türkiye

Architecht Information Technologies, a technology company established by Kuveyt Türk, has been recognized as the “Fastest-Growing IT Company of the Year” at the 20th edition of the Bilişim 500 Awards.

Founded with the vision of marketing the products and services developed in Kuveyt Türk’s R&D centers both nationally and internationally, Architecht has rapidly secured its place among Türkiye’s top 500 IT companies. Continuing its operations at full speed, Architecht earned the prestigious award in this year’s Bilişim 500 ranking organized by BThaber.

In the statement, Architecht General Manager Mücahit Gündebahar emphasized that the company acts with the vision of becoming one of Türkiye’s leading institutions in research, development, technology, and innovation. He noted that Kuveyt Türk, which launched the banking sector’s first R&D center in 2010, still holds the title of being the only bank in Türkiye with two R&D centers.

Gündebahar stated:

“Many of the projects developed in our R&D centers were transformed into products and brought to market through Architecht, which we established in 2015. In a short period of time, our company has become a hub for emerging technologies in the banking sector. Our main areas of expertise include financial technologies, security solutions, alternative channel systems, software development, support, and consultancy services. As a technology exporter, we are proud to have achieved multi-million-dollar sales abroad and to have been recognized as the fastest-growing IT company of the year.”

According to the announcement, one of Architecht’s most prominent products is the BOA Banking Platform—the world’s first end-to-end integrated and multi-channel participation banking system—developed at Kuveyt Türk’s R&D centers with a focus on the technologies and business needs of the next decade.

The platform has been exported to over 60 banks across 20 countries, including Nigeria, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Egypt. Architecht aims to achieve software exports exceeding 120 million TL by 2020, and continues to advance its investments in this direction.

With an R&D team composed entirely of Turkish engineers, Kuveyt Türk continues to achieve significant milestones both in Türkiye and abroad. In addition to the BOA Banking Platform, pioneering projects developed at Kuveyt Türk’s R&D centers include XTM (the first unmanned banking branch), Senin Bankan (the first digital participation banking platform in Türkiye), the sukuk public offering module, and the Gold-Dispensing ATM, all of which underscore the bank’s commitment to digital transformation.
