First of all, I hope that 2025 will be a year filled with peace, tranquility, and well-being for the whole world. The year 2024, which we have just left behind, was a year for Architecht not only of growth but also of continuing to add value to the industry and our clients. Expanding our mission of "Financial Technology for Everyone," we launched many new products across various sectors. Undoubtedly, the dominant theme of 2024 was generative artificial intelligence. We closely witnessed the fierce competition among technology giants in this field and the different products they introduced, marking the beginning of a new era worldwide. These developments have brought profound changes to both our daily lives and our ways of conducting business, and these changes will continue. At Architecht, we followed these developments very closely, participating in tech and AI-focused events such as the Gartner IT Symposium, Microsoft Ignite, Money 20/20, Web Summit, World AI Summit, and Fintech Connect, held around the world. These events gave us the opportunity to observe the latest trends and integrate the insights gained into our product development processes. To integrate disruptive technologies into our workflows more quickly, we established a team named Disruptive Technologies. This team monitors global developments closely and leads the widespread adoption of the latest generative AI applications within our organization. In parallel, we expanded our R&D and AI teams and increased their expertise. Additionally, we organized the GenAI Techathon under the theme "The Use of Generative AI in Architecht Technologies," enabling our colleagues to turn their exciting ideas into projects. With the GenAI Techathon, we encouraged 122 of our colleagues to produce projects in this field, kickstarting a cultural transformation.

As every year, we continued our new product investments in 2024. Using the most modern, up-to-date, and stable technologies, we developed digital products that offer solutions across various sectors. I would like to take a moment to highlight our OBA product here. With the motto "The Power of Experience is the Technology of the Future," we introduced OBA, Turkey's first generative AI-powered banking and technology platform, to our sector with a spectacular launch. We designed OBA to seamlessly integrate with BOA Core Banking and Technology Platform, which is actively used by 12 banks. Featuring Cloud Native, Microservices, AI Native, and LowCode/NoCode capabilities, OBA will set a new standard in digital transformation, offering flexibility and high security to the financial sector. Furthermore, its innovative features in Open Banking and Dialog Banking will provide users with a seamless and sustainable experience. Along with OBA, we continued to develop many other products simultaneously. In this context, we introduced products such as Appwys, which optimizes digital finance processes with low-code solutions; AIgent, a virtual assistant that reduces workload and offers an innovative interaction experience for customers and employees; the GRC Platform, which includes modules for enterprise risk management, audit management, and issue management; and VMS, a cloud-based, microservices architecture product offering end-to-end vulnerability management. In addition to product investments, we expanded the range of services we offer to the finance world in 2024. With our new service structure, we are supporting our sector in Digital Product Development and Consulting, Training and Consulting, Cloud Services, and Managed Services.

Along with our focus on generative AI and product-oriented approaches, the other major areas we prioritized in 2024 were Hyperautomation and Cybersecurity. We paid significant attention to these areas. Especially in hyperautomation, we focused on innovations that would elevate us to the next level. Our main goal here is to automate our organization's business processes to the highest level possible, thereby increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing human errors to deliver a flawless experience to customers. Another critical area is undoubtedly cybersecurity. As artificial intelligence progresses rapidly, digital security needs are also increasing. At Architecht, we made significant investments in security in 2024. We introduced new solutions both in products and services. Furthermore, with our multifactor authentication and mobile application security product, PowerFactor, we gained dozens of new customers. Currently, our product is actively used by 18 different financial institutions. The full compliance of our product with regulations and standards has significantly increased its market share. I would also like to briefly mention our Airapi product. With our Open Banking and API Management Platform, Airapi, which creates a competitive advantage in BKM services, open banking, and service banking strategies, we achieved great results in 2024. We provide 100% success in BKM open banking certification processes with our Airapi product. Additionally, we offer a strong infrastructure and ready-to-use APIs for service model banking. Thanks to its regulatory compliance and technical capabilities, we continue to expand our customer portfolio. Currently, 12 different institutions are actively using our Airapi product.

As you know, at Architecht, we are diligently working to help our major shareholder, Kuveyt Türk, achieve its strategic goals. Meeting the technology demands of our bank is one of our primary responsibilities. In 2024, we continued to support Kuveyt Türk with significant projects. We achieved key successes in areas such as API-first strategies, generative AI-focused solutions, technology modernization, credit evaluation, analytical modeling, and the development of technological capabilities. In the future, we aim to deepen the work we have done in these areas.

2024 was also a year in which we ranked high in important indices such as the Bilişim 500 and Deloitte Technology Fast 50. We supported our strong growth in financials with an increase in human resources, continuously attracting new talent to our company. With our workforce, financials, and technology and product investments, we continue to work intensively every year to move forward. Speaking of human resources, I would like to mention our core principle, “People First, Employees First,” which we emphasize every year and take great pride in. With our comprehensive training programs, academic incentives, special leave days, hybrid and flexible work models, and a culture built on trust and transparency, we are once again part of the Great Place to Work ranking. Our steady position in the preferred workplace category among young people and in European lists is of great significance to us. With our workplace culture, people-centric approach, and strong technology, we aim to be an exemplary institution in our sector.

Finally, I would like to touch on our social responsibility projects focused on employment and education. Our work in this area continued at full speed in 2024. We successfully completed our Train & Work project, where we employed new graduates from various disciplines after an intense technology bootcamp. With this project, we welcomed nearly fifty new graduates to our team. We continue our Tekno Campus program with the same motivation as the first day, preparing university students as professionals equipped with strong competencies for their careers. Alongside these employment-focused projects, as a member of the Sector Campus program, run by the Ministry of Industry and Technology under the National Technology Initiative, we conducted lessons at six different universities with five of our instructors. In addition, with the “Software for the Future” project, conducted together with Kuveyt Türk, we provided robotic coding training to middle school children, giving them an important vision for the future.

With all these efforts touching on society, people, and our sector, just like in 2024, we will continue to innovate and provide modern, secure, and accessible technologies with our creative solutions in 2025. I wish that the new year brings success, health, and happiness to all of us.
